Accomodations:
A very generous interior for 30’ Express boat with a teak and holly sole, a double berth forward, dinette to starboard that converts to a second berth, compact galley to port, and stand up head and shower to port as well. The galley has a refrigerator, microwave, single burner stove, sink, and sufficient storage. There is also a Phillips TV/VCR combination unit, and Clarion CD stereo for the cabin.

Equipment:
Factory rocket launcher with dual folding bimini tops, outriggers, Kohler gas generator w/low hrs., bow rail, heat and A/C, transom seat, transom door, helm deck icemaker, L-shaped lounge seating, prep/tackle center, large in the floor Fishbox, windlass, coaming pads, spreader lights, and anchor/rode/and chain.

Electronics:

Notes:
This boat is in very good condition; its engines were replaced a few years back by PURSUIT (new engines have less than a 150 hours), and a generator with low hours. The boat has been well maintained by a knowledgeable owner. The current owner purchased this boat from us in ’05 along with a new trailer for the boat. He also had a cockpit cover made for the boat to keep it protected. It has spent the last three years in fresh water.
